Masala peanuts - oil free

Ingredients:



* Raw Peanuts - 1/2 cup
* salt
* chilly powder
* hing powder
* cumin powder
* besan flour - 1 tspn
* rice flour - 1/2 tsp
* olive oil - 1tspn




Preparation:

Mix all the above with peanuts with little water.

Do not add more water.

Add 1 tspn olive oil at last and stir the mix

Then spread the mix onto a oil coated oven safe plate.

Its better to spray some oil on the plate so that it wont stick to it.

Set the oven for 1 minute.

After 1 minute,stir the contents once.

Then again set it for one more minute and stir it.

Keep stirring for every one minute.

It should take about3 to 4 minutes to be done.

Time depends the oven settings and power level.

You can also add garlic cloves and curry leaves to increase flavour.
