Ingredients:
Cereals - 82%
Pulses - 12%
- Fried gram
- Green gram
Sago - 3%

Nuts - 2%
- Groundnut
- Cashew
- Badam
cardamom - 1%
When I say them in percentage measure them as per the quantity you wish to prepare.Just dry roast and cool all the ingredients.
But the green gram you have to make sprouts out of it and then dry it in shadow.Do not sun dry.
Then grind all the ingredients in a commercial grinding mill.
Preparation:
Take 2 tspns of the powder and mix it 2 glasses of water.
Then boil this and once when you see the bubbles switch off the flame.
Add 1/2 cup of boiled milk to this.
You can add sugar or jaggery if you want.
The delicious, healthy mix is now ready to be served hot.
This drink is more nutritious for both adults and kids.
Drink this at morning empty stomach for better results.
Tips:
For people in US or other foreign countries,you can make this powder fresh on a daily basis so that you might just grind these in a mixie for every day use.
