Green Pepper Chutney

Ingredients:

* Green Pepper - 1
* Onion  - 1(big)
* Tomato - 1
* Green Chilly - 3
* Mustard - 1/4 tspn
* Urad dhall - 1/2 tspn
* Oil - as needed
* Salt- to taste

Preparation

Cut onion,tomato and pepper into small pieces

Take the seeds out of the pepper.

Add oil in a pan and add mustard and urad dhall.

Then saute onion,pepper,chilly and tomato.

Allow them to cool in a plate.

Then grind them into a smooth paste in mixer.

Add water as needed. Do not make it watery.

Add salt as per the taste.

Then temper it with mustard and urad dhall if you need it.

Tips:

You can also use yellow pepper,red pepper or even orange one.All of them are equally tasty witha good flavour and nutrition.

If you wish ,you can also add little tamarind.

This is a very tasty chutney with no coconut.This can be served with dosa,idly or even any variety rice.
