Dia-Dosa

Ingredients:

* Soya flour - 1/4 cup
* Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
* Ragi (Finger millet) flour - 1/4 cup
* Varagarisi (Kodo millet) flour - 1/4 cup
* Thinai (Foxtail millet) flour - 1/4 cup
* Kambu / Bajra (Pearl millet) flour - 1/4 cup
* Amla powder - 1/4 tspn
* Methi Powder - 1/4 tspn
* Urad dhall batter - 1/2 cup
* Curry leaves - 1 spring
* Cumin seeds - 1tspn




Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients above with water and leave it aside for about half an hour.

Then heat the dosa pan and apply oil.

Then pour ladle full of dosa flour and apply oil to the edges.

Turn it aside and serve it with chutney or sambar.

Soak urad dhal and grind it and ferment it and then add it to the above said flours.


Tips:

Have all the flours mixed ready for future use.

When you want to make dosa,just add urad dhall and cumin,curry leaves to it and make dosas.

This is a very good recipe for diabetic patients because of the flours used in  it.

For people in US,if you dont get any of these flours,just use what you have.
