Ragi Dosa

Ingredients: 
  • Ragi Flour – 1 cup
  • Idly Rice - 1 cup
  • Urad dhal - 1/2 cup
  • Methi  - 1/4 tspn
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil – as needed



Preparation:

Soak idly rice,urad dhal and methi seeds for 4  to 5 hours and grind them into a smooth batter.

Then mix the ragi flour to the batter and add salt.

 Let  it ferment overnight.

The next day morning the dosa batter will be ready to make dosa.

Heat a non stick griddle and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in the pan.

Apply oil to the edges If you wish.

Turn it aside and cook on both the sides.

This can also be made crispier by spreading a thin layer of the batter on the dosa pan.

These dosas can be served with chutney.
