Ingredients:
- Oats - 1 cup
- Idly Rice - 2 cup
- Methi - 1tsp
- Urad Dhal - 1 cup
- Green chilly - 1 (chopped)
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Cumin – 1 tspn
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
Soak idly rice,urad dhal and methi for 4 to 5
hours.
Soak oats for atleast half an hour.
Grind all the above to dosa batter consistency and let it ferment overnight.
Don’t forget to add salt.
The next day morning the oats dosa batter is
ready to make dosas.
At this stage you can add chopped green chilly,chopped
onion and cumin to add more taste if you wish.
Heat a non stick griddle
and apply some oil.Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in the way you do
for normal dosas.I fyou want dosas to be crispier then add little more water
and spread a thinlayer on the dosa pan.
Turn it aside and serve them crispier.
