Ingredients:
* Wheat flour - 1cup
* Rice flour - 1/4 cup
* Sooji - 1/4 cup
* Ragi flour - 2 tblspn
* oats flour - 2tblspn
* salt (as needed)
* Yogurt - 1/4 cup
* Onion - chopped
* corriander leaves
* cumin - 1tblspn
Preparation:
Mix all the above flour to dosa consistency.
Then add cumin seeds,onion ,corriander leaves and curd.
Set this aside for atleast 15 mins.
Then make dosas as normal.
This can be served well with chutney and sambar.
You can also add grated carrot to dosa.
