Ingredients:
* Sooji - 1 cup
* Corn flour - 1 cup
* Onion - 1 chopped
* Cabbage - 1/2 cup grated
* Carrot - 1 grated
* Potato - 1 smashed
* Beans - 1/2 cup
* Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
* Chilly powder
* Cumin - 1/2 tspn
* Salt
* Garam masala
Preparation:
Dry fry sooji
Saute cumin,onion and ginger garlic paste.
Then add all the vegetables,chilly powder and garam masala,salt and cook them.
Then add sooji and little by little corn flour and make them into cakes.
Make sure they are tight enough that they dont break when you bake them.
Peas can also be added to this mixture.
Now the cakes can either be baked or shallow fried.
Turn them to each side and por some oil over it when you fry it in pan.
If you go for baking,bake them at 350 degrees and turn them in between.
Baking should take place for about 10 minutes.
Make sure you dont brown them badly.
Tips:
You can even avoid potato and add some soy flour/corn flour.
