Ingredients:
* Cracked wheat cooked - 1 cup
* mustard seeds - 1/2 tspn
* urad dhal - 1tspn
* Red Chilly - 3
* Curry leaves
* Salt as needed
Preparation:
Pressure cook cracked wheat with water (1:2 ratio) and salt.
Then temper mustard seeds,urad dhall,chillies,curry leaves and add the cooked wheat into it.
This is such a simple recipe and that its so tasty too.
you can also add peas and carrot to it.
This can be accompanied with sambar or chutney or pickle.
