Microwave Cooking - Made Easy


Microwave has made revolutions in our cooking .It has reduced our cooking time vastly and has made cooking simple and easy.All it needs is just the oven-safe dishes/utensils to be used in cooking.Many use oven for oil-free cooking.Microwave is shortly referred to as MW.

Few Sparks about MW:

MW heats food by bombarding it with electromagnetic radiation in the mw spectrum causing polarized molecules in the food to rotate and build up thermal energy in a process known as dielectric heating.MW ovens heat foods faster and efficiently because excitation is fairly uniform in the outer 25 to 38 mm of a dense food item;food is evenly heated throughout than generally occurs in other cooking techniques.
