Ingredients:
* Oats - 1 cup
* moong dal - 1/2 cup
* pepper - 1 spn
* turmeric powder - pinch
* Cumin - 1 spn
* Ginger grated - 1/2 spn
* Curry leaves
* hing powder - pinch
* ghee - 2 spn
* Salt
Preparation:
Pressure cook oats and moong dal with salt and water as normal pongal.
Once done temper it with pepper,cumin,ginger,curry leaves,etc.,
Mix everything well.
This can be served best with sambar and chutney.
