Wheat Falooda

Ingredients: 

  • Wheat flour- ½ cup
  • Butter – 1tspn
  • Brown Sugar- 3tspn(Powdered)
  • Ice Cubes – 10
  • Squeezed Mango – 2 tspn
  • Sugarless Fruit jam -  2 tspn
  • Green food colour -  a pinch
  • Cashews – 1tspn(Chopped)
  • Wafers – 2
  • Vanilla Icecream – 2 tspn





Preparation:

Mix wheat flour with little water and make the dough hard and tight.

In a kadai,boil 2 cups of water.

Add wheat dough to the boiling water.

When you spread the dough spread them like noodles with your hand.

Then add butter and switch off the stove.

Now drain the cooked noodles and add ice cubes to it keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Keep the above in a drainer/colander.

In a long glass, add 1 tspn  noodles first.

Then sprinkle 1 tsp sugar on the top of it.

Then add 2 tspn jam and sprinkle 1 tspn sugar on top of it.

Now add squeezed mango .

Remember,diabetics can stop with this step and also can avoid sprinkling sugar on the top of each layer.

Then add vanilla icecream and sprinkle green food colour.

On the top of all,add chopped cashewsand insert wafers to it.

Now the falooda is all ready to be served.
