Wheat Jaggery Dosa

Ingredients: 

  • Wheat flour -  2cup
  • Rice flour -  ½ cup
  • Jaggery – ½ cup (Powdered)
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tspn
  • Coconut – 2 tspn (grated)
  • Oil – As needed
  • Salt – a pinch







Preparation:


Make Jaggery syrup by dissolving jaggery in 1 cup water and boiling it.

Add wheat flour,rice flour,cardamom powder,salt and coconut with jaggery syrup.

Mix the above to dosa batter consistency.

Heat a little deep kadai and apply oil.

Then pour a ladle of batter and spread it and apply oil on the edges.

Don’t forget to make this dosa in sim flame.

Make this dosa as a thin one and not thick.

Once its cooked turn it aside and cook on the other side.

The dosa can now be served.

This could either be consumed for dinner or breakfast.
