Ingredients:
Fry the cr.wheat with little ghee in
a kadai until golden brown.
Add ½ litre milk to it and pressure
cook until 2 whistles.
Then fry the nuts with the left out
ghee until golden brown.
In the same kadai add the remaining
milk to it and boil.
Once boiled well,add milk maid to it
and stir well.
Now add the cooked cr.wheat and also
add the cardamom pwdr,sugar and kesari powder.
This can now be served hot.
Tips:
You can also add jaggery syrup in place of sugar for good.
