Wheat and Fruit Porridge

Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour – 2 tspn
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Jaggery  syrup – 2tspn
  • Banana – 2 slices
  • Apple – 2 slices
  • Kamala Orange – 4 pieces
  • Cardamom powder - pinch


Preparation:

Take ¼ cup of milk and just luke warm it.

Then mix the wheat flour in it and keep it aside.

Then boil the left out milk.

Add wheat flour mix, fruit slices and jaggery syrup to the boiled milk.

Then add cardamom powder and serve it.
