Ingredients:
In a bowl,mix well wheat flour,rice
flour,salt,banana slices and grated coconut.
Then add one cup water to jaggery and
make syrup out of it.
Then mix the syrup with the flour mix
and add cardamom powder to it.
Make sure the batter consistency is
like that of the idly batter.
Heat the Kuzhi Paniyara kadai and
apply some oil.
Then pour the batter into the kadai
and turn it aside once its done.
Take out the appams when it turns
light brown.
