Wheat Balls (Urundai )

Ingredients:


  • Wheat flour -  2 cup
  • Powdered Jaggery – ½ cup
  • Nuts – 1 tspn
  • Coconut – ½ cup (grated)
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tspn
  • Ghee – 2 tspn





Preparation :

Fry the wheat flour with 1 tspn ghee until its golden brown

Fry also the nuts and add the coconut to it.

Make jaggery syrup by adding ¼ cup water to it.

Add the flour,nuts,coconut,cardamom powder and ghee to the syrup.

Once its cool, make balls out of it.

You can also add milk to make the balls if you wish.
