Ingredients:
*Wheat flour- ¾ cup
*Rice flour – ¼ cup
*Rava – ½ cup
*Sour butter milk – ¼ cup
*Cumin – 1tspn
*Onion – 1
*Gr.chilly – 1
*Ginger – small piece
*Coriander leaves – 1tspn (Chopped)
*Curry leaves
Preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients in a
bowl with water.
Make sure the consistency is more
watery than the normal dosa batter.
Heat a non stick griddle and apply
some oil to it.
Then do not spread the batter as you
do with normal dosa.
Just pour the batter from outside to
inwards and don’t spread it manually.
Apply oil on the outward edges of
dosa if you wish.
Once its golden brown,turn to the
other side and take it out when its crispy.
