Wheat vegetable Porridge

Ingredients:

*Wheat flour – 2 tspn

*Milk – 1 cup
*Carrot – small piece
*Green peas – 1 tspn
*Cabbage – few petals
*Salt – pinch








Preparation:

Just remove the nerves out of the cabbage leaves.

In half cup water boil carrot,cabbage and peas with salt.

Then allow it to cool and grind in mixie.

In ¼ cup warm milk,mix wheat flour and make it as a paste.

Boil the remaining milk and add the wheat flour paste and the blended vegetable mix.

The porridge is now ready to be served.

This is also a health drink.
